If, for any reason, your print or product arrives damaged

I guarantee the shipment of a new product

I will gladly send you replacement without any additional fees. Please contact me within 1 day of delivery, if you have any problems with your order.

All parcels are fully insured.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and request the courier to document the damage. A damage report must be completed with the courier upon delivery. Failure to document the damage may affect your ability to file a claim or receive a replacement.

If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, please take photos of the parcel before opening it. If the packaging appears damaged, photograph it in its unopened state, as well as the item inside once unboxed.

We will file a claim with the courier for compensation, and you will receive a replacement item promptly. Please note that we cannot process a claim without photographic evidence of the damage and damage report, as this is required to pursue compensation from the courier.
