Shipping Policy
All our shipments are sent via the fastest possible air courier service to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible! All parcels are fully insured.
All products are made on demand by professional fine art printing lab with whom I colaborate from a long time.
- Each print is carefully packaged.
- Prints 12×8 in (30×20 cm) and smaller will be shipped in a flat, resistant postal envelope.
- Print above 12×8 in (30×20 cm) will be shipped rolled in a heavy duty postal spiral-wound tube.
- Fine Art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper.
- Framed prints will be shipped in a carton box.
Processing Time
All orders are made on demand and require processing time of 3-8 business days. This allows our trusted photographic lab to prepare your item before it is shipped to you, and for issuing the necessary documents, certificates and packing and securing the shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be added to your cart during the checkout process.
Shipping charges are per item.

Customs Duties and Taxes
For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply only for canvas prints and limited collector’s editions. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Poster prints are shipped directly from our professional labs located in Europe, Australia, and the USA, minimizing the risk of additional customs fees.

Countries We Do Not Ship To
We do not ship to Norway due to customs procedures.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided once the shipment is processed. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel does not arrive, please first check your surroundings. Ensure the courier hasn’t left the package with a neighbor or left a delivery notice for pickup. If you’re certain your parcel is lost or hasn’t arrived, please contact us at peacefulnature(at)byjmj.pl. We will check with the courier using the tracking number and investigate the issue.
Damaged Parcels
If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, please take photos of the parcel before opening it. If the packaging appears damaged, photograph it in its unopened state, as well as the item inside once unboxed.
We will file a claim with the courier for compensation, and you will receive a replacement item promptly. Please note that we cannot process a claim without photographic evidence of the damage, as this is required to pursue compensation from the courier.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Shipping my item as a gift is possible, but you should know that each print is carefully packaged, so the parcel will not look like a typical gift, due to packaging for safe sending. Just contact me and we can discuss your needs (e-mail: joanna@musialjanicka.art l or contact form). I will be happy to create a custom listing for you. A personalized card with your message can also be added.
